Holly of the “Entrepreneurial Center for Horticulture” in Bottineau is compiling a list of interested people who want to take some continuing ed classes this winter and produce vegetables next summer.  If you are interesting in operating a garden plot for profit give her a call at 228-4032 and get on the mailing list.  Holly is talking about using “high tunnels” to extend the growing season and getting the produce to market safely.  People on the list already are Iren Scott, Howard Lemieux and Jo Gilje.

I am sure it would be worth your time if you are in Minot.   Dan’s art will be at the Taube until June 6th.  The museum hours are Tues - Fri 10:30 to 5:30 and Saturday 11 to 4.
